To maintain a healthy life.

1. Drink water immediately after you wake up every morning.
2. Clean yourself, and do not eat anything for minute.
3. After having breakfast, do not eat or drink for 2 hour. 

It is nice to have a cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this "sludge" reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal. 

Oh. That what we always did. Have a cold drink after a meal.
Gah, change your lifestyle :D

I can't believe at this age, my mom still taking exams?
And the worst thing is, it is held in my school hall.
WTH. Hahahah.




Anyhoots, today we headed down to Pantai Puteri.


It was uber cool.
No sun. Cool weather. One word MARVELOUS :D




It turn out to be a blast one suprisingly.
Beyond all the scuzzy-dirt. Plus the RED-ANTs.
OMGG.

To be exact, it didn't turned out to be a truly astonishing noon, but I guess everyone had lots of fun :D


To top it of, there was enormous yummy goodies.
Super glorious good food :D



Incredible! To be truthful, I really admire them.

Theres something truly money can't buy.
