Anyways, trials just ended a week ago I suppose?
Results were quite satisfying.
I mean I get what I work for.
If I don't, I just need to work harder right.
Another oh-so-boring-programmed.
Sshapeup.
When you hear that name, probably the first thing come across your mind- Oh yeah, it helps you becomes skinny. Oh vua-lahh!
But after hearing all sorts of things from the nutritionist, the Sshape up products really helps to all kind of chronic diseases.
It helps our body to recover. Being healthy.
Its really amazing if you see it.
Its like in church, you've heard lots of testimony from all kinds of people.
Where you hardly could believe it, but its true.
Same goes to this.
Unknowingly, the one who really did the job is truly our Father up there :)
Actually, Its not THAT boring lahh. Just another bio thing makes it boringg. LOL.
There the people really really obsessed with it.

Perhaps they just wanted to share how amazing that it could help them become healthy again.
Alas, from morning to noon, so its lunch :)
The people there was very conscious about there health.
Means their diet and food.
If you know me, Yeah they're worst then me.
In other words, they're better in the sense that they eat healthily.
No salt. No sugar. No MSG. No meat. Go green. Bla bla bla...(thats me in the future)
Yeah, eat healthy and you'll live happily :)
Ah dammn, heres come Monday again.
