I just went to a dentist...
Oh..my..GODDDD! I feel like crying at the same time. 
Don't laugh! 
I din't know it was awfully THAT PAIN! 
If I knew earlier, I wouldn't even want go. Or even have one second think about it. Geeesh! 
And to top it of, I just did scaling. It's not a huge deal righttt.
I can't imagine me going through that the second time.
My teeth just gonna cripple up. Hahaha :D 
Ughh, I just need to stop ranting. Supreme horrifying.

Other than that, TODAY WAS GOOD TOO :) And I'm glad they are.

Once I literally ranted about eating this.
And a few days later, POOOF!
Taa-daaa! :D


Although it not that fabulous as the one we tasted before.
But it still make my tummy satisfied. 
My flabby tummy gonna turn up soon! LOL.


Oh yeah, Just if you realize, I just cut my fringe.
The most awe-inspiring is, I CUT IT ON MY OWN!
I think its totally...cool. LOL.
Its okay if you think it's still the same. Never-mind.
I'm cool with it.
To tell you the truth, sometimes I'm just too obsessed with my hair. :biggrin:

Ah yes, I managed to find some of the tips to grow a healthy hair ; some of it, is just what I do :)
  • First stop using heat on your hair. For example, flat iron, blow dryer, etc. Go natural!    Leave you hair alone. If you wanna blow dry it, go for fan! It's the best :) Oh, if you do use heat tools, try to use them only once a week or less and remember always put a heat protection before using heat. That is very crucial. The heat protection is going to minimize the damage of the heat on your hair.
  • Being healthy is probably the best thing you can do for your hair. It's no use spending tones and tones of money in products if you have a bad hygiene. It you want to look good on the outside, you have to be healthy on the inside. So basically your hair is made up of protein. So if you want to get alot of protein: chicken, fish, yogurt, etc. Your hair mostly need vitamin B and E, fatty acids. Also eat lots of fruits and veggies. Avoid caffeine, fat, sodas, which are going to slow down your hair growth.
  • Drink plenty of water and drink green tea-contain a hormone balancing chemical which is speeding up hair growth. Sleep is also very important. Sleep prevents you from being stressed out and increases hair loss. Ah, and finally exercise and work out. You need to be active-when you exercise, it increases you heart rate, which increases the circulation of the body, including scalp and that is stimulation you hair follicles.
  • Trim you split ends. Trust me, you have to cut your split ends. Split ends are dead hair. By cutting it, you help your hair to grow healthier. Basically, when you have lots of split ends, when your hair is growing, it's actually the split end which is growing. Not the healthy part of it. And seriously, who wants to have hair down to their ankles but dead from the roots. So try to trim your split ends every 2 month
  • Never brush you hair when it's wet. Always use a wide tooth comb. Always comb the ends first, and then work you way up. It helps to minimize damage and tangles. Also, use a satin pillow case instead of a coton one, because it's a breakable fabric. Satin will prevent tangles.
  • Olive oil. The best thing for your hair is olive oil. You need to use extra virgin olive oil. Put it in a cup, warm it up in your micro-waves for like 20 sec. Then put it in your hair, towel your hair, then let it soak for 20 minutes. Shampoo and condition it as usual. Your hair is going to love it.
  • Avoid products full of wax. These are making your hair appearing better and shinier but wax is going to coat your hair. It's going to build up and it's going to keep moisture from being able to penetrate your hair. Overtime, you won't be able to moisture you hair and your hair is going to get drier.
  • Don't wash your hair everyday. Try to wash it 2 times a week. ( I just don't agree with this! LOL.)
  • Lastly, one last magic potions-cod liver oil and one teaspoon every morning and every night and coco nut milk-mix it up with olive oil, put this mask into your hair, leave it into your hair for 1hour, or over the night, then shampoo and condition as usual. For super shinny healthy long hair!
Before I log of, I'm making it a point, I would never ever ever not go to a dentist again.
